Chełmońskiego
The task involves the development of an area of 589.7 m² on plot no. 400 in Krakow at Chełmońskiego Street and the removal of the existing concrete slab pavement together with its foundation.
The scope of the investment includes:
- Construction of three free-standing multifunctional shelters with a built-up area of 6.25 m² each,
- Small architectural structures, including:
- two benches with backrests,
- seven concrete benches,
- two rubbish bins,
- three bicycle racks,
- information board,
- four barrier posts,
- two solar devices: a lantern and a monitoring system.
The project provides for the construction of paved surfaces:
- a square made of 20×20 cm concrete slabs surrounded by a concrete border,
- access paths made of 100×20 cm concrete slabs filled with gravel.
Additionally, the following is planned:
- Building a rain garden,
- Planting of 3 trees, 784 shrubs and 549 perennials,
- Installation of a steel edging separating the rain garden from the flower beds,
- Spreading mulch fabric and filling the space between plants.
