The Climate-Energy-Water Management unit is starting the implementation of a new brine graduation tower. This is an idea submitted by residents as part of the 10th edition of the Participatory Budget. The contractor will develop a functional and utility program along with a site development plan. The facility is to be located in the area of Witosa, Gołaski, and Marcowa streets.
